Best for small Bitcoin deposits
- Choice of 200% match or 100% cashback
- Deposits from £5 or £10 by method
- 24/7 live chat plus email support
Candyland publishes no licence number or operating company. Your first deposit brings a 200% match or 100% cashback insurance, and the terms currently set Bitcoin as the payout method. Our score: 8.2/10
Best for small Bitcoin deposits
Bonus terms and cashier checked on 7 November 2026. 18+.
Candyland runs on the Rival platform and mixes slots from Rival, Betsoft and Saucify with crash games, video poker and live-dealer tables. On your first deposit you choose a 200% match bonus or 100% cashback insurance. It suits slot players who deposit modest amounts, already use Bitcoin and can wait for a payout.
The weak points are serious. The site publishes no licence number, licence holder or operating company, UK residents are currently paid by Bitcoin only, approval can take up to 14 working days after verification, and weekly limits split a large win into instalments.
Our score: 8.2/10
What we could not confirm: the bonus cap, wagering and expiry (the promotions page gives none of them), any licence details, a reliable game count and whether the phone lines are staffed.

Candyland fits you if you deposit small sums, hold Bitcoin and like cashback as an alternative to a bonus. Look elsewhere if you want card or bank withdrawals, quick payouts, an operator you can identify, Pragmatic Play or Evolution games, or a jackpot lobby; our comparison of crypto casinos lists other sites that pay out in cryptocurrency.
One rule before you register: clause 2 of the Player Obligations in the T&Cs sets the minimum age at 25, although the sign-up form uses 18. If you are under 25, do not open an account.
If you sign up at Candyland from this page, The Mountain Air can be paid a commission. That payment has no say in the 8.2 score or in where Candyland sits in our list, and Candyland’s own terms always decide what you actually get.
On your first deposit you pick one offer, not both.
| Offer | What you get | Wagering | Cashout limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200% Deposit Bonus | First deposit matched at 200% | 35x deposit plus bonus, as reported by other review sites | 10 times your deposit |
| 100% Cashback Insurance | Real cashback added by live chat once your first-deposit balance is used up | 1x | 2 times the cashback |
The promotions page gives the match only as a percentage, with no cap, minimum deposit or wagering figure. Other review sites quote a £3,000 cap and agree on 35x deposit plus bonus, but the operator has published neither. Claim the match on the Promotions page or with Get Bonus in the cashier; no bonus code is published, and the offer includes no free spins.
What a £50 deposit gives you with the 200% match:
The cashback carries only 1x wagering, but insurance of 75% or more counts as a Special Promotion, so you can withdraw at most twice the cashback. You do not qualify with a pending withdrawal or a balance over £100. Our guide to how wagering requirements work has more worked examples.
| Term | What the terms say | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Sticky bonus | Bonus money is never withdrawable and is deducted at payout | Only winnings above the bonus can be cashed out |
| Cashout caps | 10 times the deposit for bonuses of 200% or more, and for any deposit of £249 or less in that play session | A £50 deposit releases at most £500, bonus or not |
| No turning back | After your first bet the bonus stays until the balance is zero or wagering is complete | Ask support to remove it before you play |
| Restricted games | Playing them with a bonus lets the casino cancel the withdrawal and confiscate winnings | Ask which games are restricted first |
| Balance trim | After wagering, the balance may be cut to the maximum allowed withdrawal | Wins above the cap are removed |
| Unpublished terms | Expiry, maximum bet and eligible games are missing from the promotions page | Chat and email answers cannot change the T&Cs |
| Promotion | What you get | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Cashtravaganza: Next Day Cashback | Up to 30% cashback on deposits made during the weekly promotion | Paid the next day |
| VIP Loyalty Points | Comp points on real-money bets; 1,000 points = £1 in cash credits | Called wager-free, but the T&Cs cap withdrawals at 10 times the converted amount and £300 |
| Refer-a-Friend | A bonus for you and your friend | Paid 48 hours after the friend deposits at least £25; amount not published |
| Free chips and codes | 20x to 60x wagering, £50 maximum withdrawal | One free-bonus withdrawal per lifetime; £15 deposited before a free-chip win can be withdrawn |
No current no-deposit code is published, and there is no sportsbook.
Candyland is not built for jackpot hunters: its lobby categories include no jackpot section, and we found no network jackpot titles among the games we noted, from Zeus Thunder Tower to Cash Heist Museum Madness. With no Pragmatic Play, NetEnt or Evolution games, network promotions such as Drops & Wins are absent too.
If a big win lands, the T&Cs pay larger wins, jackpots included, in instalments within the limits below. For casinos with dedicated jackpot lobbies, see our jackpot slots guide.
Published game totals for Candyland vary widely, so we quote none. Games come from 15 studios: Rival (including its interactive i-Slots), Betsoft, Saucify, Qora, Dragon Gaming, InstaNet, Wingo, Spinomenal, SmartSoft, Tom Horn Games, FreshDeck and Vivo Live for live tables, Fugaso, Felix Gaming and Dicelabs (Playnetic). Fun-money play is available.
| Category | Titles we noted |
|---|---|
| Video slots | Secrets Of The Nile, Fire and Steel, Caishen’s Arrival, Lava Gold, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde 2, Mythic Wolf, Gods of Giza |
| Light-hearted slots | Sugar High, Candy Carnival, Juicy Jewels, Kawaii Kitty, Panda Party |
| Crash and specialty | JetX, CrashDuelX, Plinko Rush, Keno, Bingo (80-Ball) |
| Table games and video poker | Blackjack Deluxe 21+3, Roulette - European, Pai Gow, Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild |
| Live dealer | Live Baccarat, Live Dragon Tiger, Live European Roulette, FreshDeck Casino Holdem |
The Banking page sets deposits at a £5 or £10 minimum and a £200 to £1,000 maximum, depending on the method, and takes a 3% processing fee on all deposits. The T&Cs reserve 3% to 6.5% on credit-card deposits, and your card issuer may add a foreign-transaction fee.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit) | Yes | Not for UK residents | Card depositors may wait up to 7 days |
| Bitcoin | Yes | Yes, the only route for UK residents | A wrong wallet address is not re-paid |
| Cashlib vouchers | Yes | Not stated | Named in the FAQ |
| Other wallets and vouchers | Not named | Not stated | Other review sites list Skrill and Neteller |
Clause 11 of the Prizes & Winnings terms says UK residents can currently withdraw only through Bitcoin, the FAQ says crypto withdrawals must follow a crypto deposit, and Bitcoin is the only coin accepted (Bitcoin Cash sent by mistake is not credited). If you plan to deposit by card, ask live chat how you will be paid before you play. Methods must be in your own name, PayPal is not listed, and each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal.
In a 2022 test by another review site, verification took 24 hours and a Bitcoin payout arrived in 5 days, but player complaints mention the full 14 business days.
| Limit | What the T&Cs say |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | £50 |
| Verified accounts | £1,000 a week (£500 in periods of high withdrawal volume) |
| Unverified accounts | £500 a week |
| Top VIPs | Up to £10,000 per 14 days, at management’s discretion |
| General withdrawal clause | 10,000 credits a month, 1,500 credits per request |
The weekly figures come from the Prizes clause and the monthly and per-request ones from the general withdrawal clause, so plan on the stricter. Fees conflict too: the T&Cs charge a £10 to £40 transfer fee on withdrawals, while the FAQ says fees are generally not charged, so ask support first. Balances on accounts with no login or bet for 120 days are forfeited, and funds left at account closure, pending withdrawals included, cannot be withdrawn.
One account is allowed per person, household, IP address, email address or computer, and linked accounts at sister Rival casinos can be closed. Before a withdrawal, send a copy of your ID or passport (front and back), a recent utility bill showing your name and address, a copy of every card used (front and back, all digits covered except the first four and last four) and a signed Card Authorization Form; e-wallet depositors send only the ID and bill.
Documents go to [email protected] ([email protected] is listed for finance and verification) and must arrive within 30 days of a withdrawal request, or the withdrawal is cancelled. No review time is published; other review sites quote up to 72 hours. If fraud is suspected, winnings from card deposits can be frozen for up to 12 months.
On its About Us page the operator claims Curacao regulation, but the site names no licence number, licence holder or operating company, the T&Cs contain no licence clause and the footer carries no licence seal. Other review sites attribute Candyland to SSC Entertainment N.V., a Curacao company running Rival-platform casinos, and say they could not verify a licence. We do not treat the generic Security page as evidence of independent game testing.
Two terms deserve attention: the T&Cs list a complaint or criticism on a public forum or blog as grounds for closing an account, and nothing said in chat or by email can change the T&Cs.
According to other review sites, players praise the friendly live chat, the slot mix and the low minimum deposits, but complain about 14-business-day waits, verification delays, weekly caps, the 10x-deposit cashout cap, sticky bonuses and withdrawal fees; ratings on those sites range from low to middling. Ratings for look-alike domains such as candyland.bet do not belong to this operator, so check you are on candyland.casino before you log in.
The operator publishes no details of a native app, and one other review site says none exists, so check the casino in your phone’s browser before you deposit.
Live chat runs 24/7 and email goes to [email protected]. Phone lines are listed for France (+33 (0)1 789 00368), Spain (+34 91 290 1420) and an international number (+1 718 732 0154), but not the UK, and one other review site says phone support does not exist, so treat live chat as the main route.
Pros
Cons
Choose Candyland Casino if you want a small-stakes slot site, already pay with Bitcoin and value cashback over a bonus; it sits 19th of 30 in our full list for that narrow fit. Skip it if you need card or bank payouts, fast withdrawals, high limits, a named licence holder or a jackpot lobby, and in any case if you are under 25.

You must be 18+ to gamble, and Candyland’s own T&Cs require you to be 25 or older. Gambling at Candyland is entertainment you pay for and not a way to make money: agree a budget with yourself, and a time limit, before you open the lobby.
Candyland describes no self-service limit tools; everything goes through support. You can ask in writing for daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, request a break of up to six weeks by email, self-exclude by asking for your account to be closed and ask to leave the mailing list.
If chasing losses or hiding your play starts to sound familiar, call the National Gambling Helpline (GamCare): free and confidential, 24/7, 0808 8020 133. Gamblers Anonymous and Gordon Moody support people who gamble, GamAnon supports their families, and NHS gambling clinics offer treatment.
On your first deposit you choose either a 200% Deposit Bonus or 100% Cashback Insurance, not both. The promotions page gives no cap, though other review sites quote up to £3,000, and the offer includes no free spins.
The promotions page does not state them; other review sites consistently report 35x deposit plus bonus. Under the T&Cs a bonus of 200% or more can cash out at most 10 times your deposit, and the bonus itself is deducted at withdrawal.
The Banking page sets it at £5 or £10 depending on the payment method, with a maximum of £200 to £1,000 per deposit. The Banking page also takes a 3% processing fee on all deposits, and the T&Cs reserve 3% to 6.5% on credit-card deposits.
The T&Cs allow up to 14 working days for approval, counted from completed verification, and UK residents are currently paid by Bitcoin only. The minimum withdrawal is £50, and verified accounts can withdraw up to £1,000 a week.
The About Us page claims Curacao regulation, but the site publishes no licence number, licence holder or operating company, and the footer shows no licence seal.
The lobby has no separate jackpot section and no Pragmatic Play, NetEnt or Evolution games, so network promotions such as Drops & Wins are not available. Larger wins, jackpots included, are paid in instalments under the withdrawal limits.
Candyland publishes no app details, and one other review site reports that there is no app. You can try games in fun-money mode on your phone before you put money in.
Use the 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. Phone lines are listed for France, Spain and an international number, but there is no UK number.
Casino and jackpot reviews
The Mountain Air compares online casinos for UK players who like jackpot games. We read the bonus terms, cashier pages and general terms of every casino we list, and we update a page when the terms change. We are an independent comparison site, not a casino, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through our links; it never changes our scores or order. 18+.
